SELF Kinésiologie

What is Kinesiology ?
Kinesiology is a mind-body technique that combines Western physiology, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the latest discoveries in neuroscience.
The kinesiologist’s essential tool is muscle testing.
Through this testing, a dialogue is established between the person's body and the kinesiologist, revealing information that may have been forgotten or repressed.
Since the body stores all experiences throughout life, certain events or emotions — especially those that are impactful — can become embedded and block emotional, physical, or psychological growth.
My role is to help you identify and understand the source of these blockages, so you can regain balance and inner peace.
To do this, we will use a variety of techniques (Touch for Health, Brain Gym, Three In One Concepts, Adaptogenics, etc.) to help open new perspectives on your life and free you from the weight of your past.
New possibilities and pathways will open up for you.

MY
BACKGROUND
After several years as an interior architect, I chose to redirect my life toward a more personal and human form of support: kinesiology.
For the past two years, I’ve been passionately training in this practice, which helped me deeply at a pivotal moment in my life. Today, it’s my turn to be there for others — for you — with the tools I’ve learned and continue to refine every day.
I welcome people from all walks of life, offering a caring and personalized approach. I help you release blockages, better understand your reactions, and restore your inner balance. Each session is a step toward deeper self-awareness and greater freedom.
I would be honored to support you on this path back to yourself.
For Whom? For What?
For anyone experiencing emotional, mental, and/or physical distress.
For anyone feeling discomfort in their life without being able to name it.
Or simply, for anyone wishing to grow and thrive in their life.

Pricing & How It Works
Kinesiology Session
Duration: Approximately 1 hour
Fee: €70

Session Overview:
We begin by defining a session goal based on your current priority needs.
The session is usually conducted while lying down for comfort, but it can also be done seated or standing. In any case, you remain fully clothed and only remove your shoes.
Using muscle testing, we identify blockages and imbalances — both their nature and origin — in connection with the goal we’ve set.
Various balancing techniques may be used; muscle testing will again guide us in choosing the methods your body needs.
This process allows the body–mind connection to recognize that the imbalances and blockages have been addressed, making space for new, positive behavior patterns to emerge.

Once the balancing work is done, I will check its effectiveness.
To help anchor the benefits of the session, and with your agreement, certain exercises may be suggested.
A session lasts approximately 1 hour for adults and 45 minutes for children.
On average, 1 to 5 sessions are needed for a specific goal, depending on the issue.
For deeper distress — such as dark or intrusive thoughts — more sessions may be necessary.
Sessions are generally spaced 3 to 4 weeks apart.
There may be an "integration period" after each session, which can vary depending on the individual and the goals being worked on.
